Lento is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or emergency response. Lento does not replace a clinician, therapist, crisis counselor, emergency responder, or local emergency service.
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.
The core acute flow can work without an account. If you create or use an account, keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account using the app or by contacting support.
If you enter notes, trigger tags, or other information, you are responsible for what you choose to record. Avoid entering information you do not want stored locally or synced with your account.
