Account deletion
Delete your Lento account and synced data.
You can delete synced Lento account data in the app or request help by email.
Delete in the app
- Open Lento.
- Open Account settings.
- Go to Privacy and data.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
The app will send a deletion request for your signed-in account. You may need to be signed in for the deletion request to complete.

Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@uselento.com with the subject line "Delete my Lento account". When possible, send the request from the email address used for your Lento account.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deleting data.
What is deleted
- Your Lento account profile.
- Your synced recovery records.
- Your synced prepare settings.
- Your Lento authentication account where applicable.
Deletion does not remove data that must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Local device data
Lento may also store data locally on your device so the acute flow works quickly. Removing the app from your device clears app-local storage controlled by iOS. If you use multiple devices, repeat deletion or sign out on each device as needed.
