We aim to review support requests within 3 business days. Account deletion and privacy requests may require identity verification before we can take action.

Lento support is not monitored as an emergency channel. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.

- The Lento app version, if available.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
